We are the Panthers. The North Dallas & Richardson communities competitive soccer program!

We operate as a youth soccer club fielding academy and club level youth soccer teams. We have girls ranging in age from 2012 - 2017 and 2014-2017 boys. 

Our Vision is to become the primary competitive soccer option of choice to players and families in the North Dallas, Richardson, and surrounding communities.  We are firm in our belief that love for the game is a necessary component to long term success and as such we want Soccer to be part of our players lives but not our players lives. Our program, focus and the expectations we set are built with that in mind. 

Individual player development is our primary focus. We spend a great deal of time working on ball mastery. We pair our ball skill focus with small sided 3v3 & 4v4 style play to maximize touches on the ball before progressing to 7v7 & 9v9. Most often we source our talent from the recreational and small club ranks moving our new players into small training groups surrounded by similarly skilled players with an intense focus on individual development. From there we move our new players from our training groups out onto our academy teams. We take a great deal of pride in the development of our kids. 

Creating an environment that is exciting, fun and challenging is key to success.  We believe that through commitment to building skill acquisition and the mastery of learning  proper technique at an early age has helped position us to achieve early success.  We shoot for progress each practice and teaching each player how their position supports the greater team.   We use creative examples the kids can relate with to help teach body control  and technique then use repetition to help build muscle memory.

The elementary years of  a soccer  players journey are too often underdeveloped.  We firmly believe and have proven that ball mastery through skill acquisition and the understanding of formational play are within the reach of 5-10 year old children.
